The Content Analytics Platform requires .Net 4.8 which can be downloaded from Microsoft's web site (click here)

Windows 10 updates included .NET Framework 4.8

Application System Requirements: Windows 8 or later and .NET Framework 4.8

Instructions:

1. Enter the requested information and click the “Send” button

2. Then click the “Download Now” button

Some Companies and Browser Settings prohibit the download of exe files. If this is true for you, then use the "click here to download as a Zip file"

3. From your download folder, run the PDA_NE_Setup.exe.

Depending on your company security, you may need administration rights.

You might be able to install by right-clicking on your mouse over the PDA_NE_Setup.exe file and then selecting “Run as Administrator” from the pop-up menu.
