Document Analyzer is extremely easy to use (training not needed), accurate and secure!
The Document Analyzer has been sold throughout the United States, European Union (EU) and Australia. Our users range from Independent Consultants, Small/Mid-Size Companies to Multi-Billion Dollar Corporations such as Raytheon.
Simplicity is what makes the Document Analyzer (DA) so easy to use, training not required. DA is known for its 3rd generation Legal (RFP) parser engine, but it also parses paragraphs and down to the sentence level for generating a starter compliance matrix. DA also includes other tools such as Quality Check (readability tool to identify complex text in your Draft Proposals), Diff SxS (Differences between RFP releases), Find Questions and Instructions, AcroSeeker and others. Notices:
Source Code is Secure – No external compiled source code libraries, except from Microsoft. Source code has been analyzed and tested for reliability and security. Every Document Analyzer release is submitted to Symantec for their approval and is placed in their Whitelist.
No Microsoft Office version compatibility issues - Version compatibility Issues often occur when for applications that use macros and are directly connects to Microsoft Office. Enhancements to Analysis & Deep Analyses Excel Exports – User definable Excel (*.xlsx) Templates. Also, Converts Highlighted Keywords to Red Bold font, and retains Bold, italic, and Underline text.

Parse by Paragraph – Now you are given an option to parse/shred your document by how it is numbered or by paragraph.
Diff SxS – Shows you the differences between different versions of a document.
Enhanced Quality Check – Using the Flesch Reading Ease readability test. Flesch Reading Ease was designed to indicate comprehension difficulty when reading a passage of contemporary academic English. Suggest using Quality Check for checking your Draft Proposals' readability per segment.
AcroSeeker™ – Identifies and validates acronyms within a document and extracts a list of acronyms.

Import
Import various document formats (e.g. PDF, DOC, DOCX, HTML, RTF [Rich Text Format] and Plain Text). Image PDFs are not supported. For Image PDFs, suggest using an OCR tool to convert file to Plain Text.
Keyword Libraries
Keyword Libraries are included with the Document Analyzer. Keywords and Keyword Phrases are grouped by categories (Groups), are completely customizable, including by color, and you can add your own custom Libraries.

Compare Documents - Diff SxS
We have introduced a tool called Diff SxS included within the Document Analyzer It is accessible from the Tools area. It was designed to show you the differences between versions of a document, such as Draft and Final Release. What this tool gives you is an easy visualization of what has changed, such as what has been deleted, inserted and modified.
